The parent portal is part of every plan. There is no separate subscription charge for each parent.

Payment process
Pay monthly, every three months, every six months or annually. Your subscription starts at go-live.
50% to begin; 50% after the agreed configuration and training are complete, unless setup is waived under the offer.
A mid-term add-on is charged for the remaining period until renewal. It is then combined with your plan invoice.
Graduated or archived students are not counted. Your tier changes at the next renewal with no back-charging.
Frequently asked questions
Configuration, one clean data import and two online training sessions. Extensive data cleaning, travel and on-site training are quoted separately.
You pay for 10 months and use 12 months. Starter: TZS 500,000 instead of 600,000; Growth: TZS 900,000 instead of 1,080,000; Campus: TZS 1,500,000 instead of 1,800,000. Three- and six-month payments use the standard monthly rate.
Fee records are included in the core plan. Online payment reconciliation is an add-on after live payments are confirmed, with connector setup and provider charges separate. Live GPS is quoted separately; the transport add-on covers routes and assignments only.
After agreeing on a plan, you receive an invoice with official payment details, the service period, setup charges and VAT where applicable.
